The Director of Community Engagement helps to facilitate the ministry efforts of the United Congregational Church of Tolland (UCCT) with organizations and opportunities outside of its walls. This Director will provide program development for the congregation’s ministry in the community and beyond. The Director of Community Engagement reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
Director of Family Programs - Part Time
The Director of Family Programs works closely with the Christian Education/Youth Team to provide leadership and oversight of educational and fellowship programs for youth and families. The ideal candidate will balance creating a fun environment with a strong faith foundation, aimed at encouraging attendance and anchored in learning about Christianity. All programs will emphasize community, morality, friendship, and spirituality, in an Open and Affirming environment. The Director of Family Programs will report directly to the Senior Pastor.
Minister of Visitaion - Part Time
The Minister of Visitation is responsible for assisting with pastoral care and visitation as needs arise. The Minister will also assist with spiritual and theological education within UCCT. The Minister of Visitation reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
