Tidings
of Tolland and Monthly Calendar
Our church newsletter is the Tidings
of Tolland. We publish monthly except in the summer when we
combine July and August. The newsletter and calendar are published and
mailed together to members and friends by the first of the month. Articles must be sent to the editor
by the 15th of the month. Check the
Church
Calendar for variations of dates. The Tidings is
also published online and copies are available in the church office.

Web Page
In March 2002, Bob Bittner
established the United Congregational
Church of Tolland web page. Bob has been a member of our
church since 1980. He is a past deacon and is webmaster and
chairman of the web page committee. Bob created and
maintained the Vernon Center Middle School web page in Vernon while
teaching there when the concept was new. When transferred to
Rockville High School, Bob established the first web presentation
there, maintaining it for several years. Bob retired from
teaching in 2007 after teaching technology education and computer
science for 36 years.
The web page is updated continuously and serves
as a source of general information about activities and events at the
church. Contact Bob Bittner for submitting material or to report
problems with the page.
