In our narthex, as you enter the church, there is a display case with our Book of Remembrance.  This is a list of memorials and gifts given to our church by members, and friends in honor of loved ones.  Yvonne Gottier, Life Deacon, changes a page each Sunday for viewing. Perhaps it isn't always convenient to stop and browse through the ledger, but many of the items you look at each Sunday have a some history behind them.  Perhaps you will recognize the name of someone you once knew or know now.  Maybe you will make a connection with a gift and someone presently among us.  And, maybe you might be inspired to give a gift in honor of someone you know and love as a lasting memorial to our church. We felt it would be appropriate to begin a listing of some of these gifts, not only to gain a little appreciation for those who gave them, but also as a tribute to honor those who gave to our church.
