Our Christian
Education Mission
To nurture children, youth and adults in
becoming followers of Jesus: people
who know and love God, interpret God’s word, belong to God’s gathered
community, and share God’s good news.
Goals

Develop, foster and maintain a safe, comprehensive and vital program of
Christian Education for the church.

To nurture children and
youth in their faith formation and sharing that faith through service.

To strengthen the
connection between home and congregation, including church-wide
fellowship.

To explore what it means to
follow in the footsteps of Jesus in Christian community.

To teach biblical truths in
such a way that they can be
applied to daily life.

Church School offering envelopes are available to encourage young
stewardship.

Please
feel free to express interest in what your children are learning in
worship and class by asking questions of them, teachers, or any member
of the Christian Education Committee

Parents
are welcome to visit classrooms at any time, or volunteer their time and
talents in other ways. See
the registration form for specifics.
Please abide
by the following

Help maintain wellness among our tots by keeping sick children at
home.

Children
in Grade 5 and younger must be escorted to and picked up from class by
an adult.

Please
wait for classes to conclude before picking up your child.

Please
supervise your children at all times when they are not in class.
-
Parents/guardians
are expected to be available during church school in case of an
emergency.
